Vintage Brush Pottery Green Planter

$29.00

I have a love affair with vintage light green planters and pottery.

This is a Brush pottery made in USA rectangular planter in a stunning minty green or jade green.

The planter is in very good condition. No chips or cracks. There is some slight discoloration on the inside and along the rim and a little bit of crazing in the glaze. All part of the PERFECT vintage charm.

Brush Pottery, originally known as Brush-McCoy, has a rich history rooted in the J.W. McCoy Pottery Company in Roseville, Ohio. In 1911, George Brush, a majority shareholder, merged his assets with J.W. McCoy's, forming Brush-McCoy. The company later became Brush Pottery in 1925. Brush Pottery is known for its art pottery, including jardinières, pedestals, and cookie jars, as well as utility ware.
